Responsibility for the Educational Offerings of the LSCs, as well as its Quality, rests with the President (or equivalent figure). The President is supported by a QA Management Group (Review Group), which assists him/her in the preparation of: Annual QA Monitoring Report (RAMAQ-CdS), Annual Monitoring Form (SMA), and Cyclic Review Report (CBR). The Chair is committed to ensuring as much collegiality as possible in the management of the CoS and to enhancing the role of the CoS Council in the design and self-evaluation and review activities of the CoS.
The CoS guarantees an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, understood as the ability to aim for results of increasing value, setting itself up-to-date educational objectives aligned with the best national and international examples.
The CdS is designed through the design of one or more output figures, defined through the identification of their scientific, cultural and/or professional characteristics and consistent with the training paths leading to the acquisition of the specific knowledge and skills associated with the output profiles.
The CdS must be constantly updated, must reflect the most advanced knowledge in the disciplines, also in anticipation of the continuation of studies in subsequent cycles, ensuring interchange with research and work environments.
Regarding Quality Assurance (QA) processes, the CdS has the following tasks:
- draw up the Single Annual Course of Study Form;
- draw up the Annual Monitoring Form;
- drafting the RAMAQ-CdS;
- acquire the Annual Report of the CPDS, the results of the survey of students' opinions on teaching and the results on annual exam pass rates for each teaching;
- draw up the RRC;
- periodically consult with stakeholders (through Steering Committee meetings and/or industry study consultation and/or other means) and formalize the activities and findings of these consultations
