Department promotes public awareness of the results of its activities and internal expertise, particularly those of young researchers. Indeed, the Department has found that young researchers produce qualified research and therefore deserve more attention and appreciation. In this sense, the Department, as it has done in recent years, will continue to promote the research activity carried out by its young researchers, also supporting it with communication/dissemination initiatives including Departmental Scientific Meetings dedicated to them.

Although the Department is not affiliated with doctoral schools, the Department is committed to strengthening the qualification and monitoring of the activities of doctoral students who belong to departmental research groups, encouraging their research activities and mobility also through their inclusion in national and/or international networks.
