Students have the opportunity to spend a study period abroad, participating in various mobility programmes in cooperation with some of the most prestigious university institutions.

This alternative educational pathway, characterised by the sole focus on practical training, has an extremely positive impact on the student's professional prospects, as it is also an opportunity to enhance one's knowledge of languages, increase one's self-esteem and immerse oneself in a new culture.

The Degree Course in Midwifery adheres to the programme :

1. ERASMUS + STUDY:

allows students of the University to access internships - from three to six months - in companies, training and research centres located in one of the countries participating in the Programme.

HEADQUARTERS:

- Turkey (Istambul Marmara University Goztepe Campus)

- Belgium (Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen e University College VZW Odisee)

- Czech Republic (Medical College Prague)

- Spain (Universitat de Valencia)

- Slovenia (University of Ljubljana)

- Estonia (Tallinn Health Care College)

2. ERASMUS + TRAINEESHIP:

enables students at the University to take up internships - of between two and twelve months - in companies, training and research centres in one of the countries participating in the Programme

3. MORE Overseas Programme:

Mobility is also possible towards foreign university institutes in non-European or European countries not covered by the Erasmus+ programme with which the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia has signed agreements

For outgoing students, the organisation of the pathway, together with the host location, fully respects the criteria envisaged for students carrying out the same activity at the host location, in terms of number of hours, number of credits, type of pathway and individual study.

For a correct assessment of the student's pathway, the Transcript of Records document is used, which certifies the training activity carried out, the number of university credits acquired and allows the correct conversion of the assessment itself, in thirtieths, if the partner university uses a different system (e.g. in tenths or letters).

The management of international exchanges is carried out in cooperation with the University Student Mobility Office, in accordance with the criteria laid down by the National Agency. Student exchanges (on internship activities) and lecturer exchanges on teaching activities with specific topics are carried out with the partner campuses, with which annual or three-year renewable contracts are concluded.
